Abstract
Launched in January 2019 by the Indian Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, the National Clean Air Programme (NCAP) aims to cut particulate matter pollution in 131 cities by 40% from 2017 levels by 2026. We ask you to predict the effect of this program on India's air pollution.
