Abstract
Economists and other social scientists commonly study "sensitive" attitudes and behaviors whose prevalence is hard to observe directly. In this survey, you will be asked to predict the prevalence of one such sensitive behavior: tax non-compliance among businesses in Kampala, Uganda. Your predictions in this short survey will be a key input for a new survey measurement paradigm on sensitive issues.
