Abstract
You will see a short summary of a field experiment (A/B test) conducted by an online retailer and will be asked to estimate the results. We are sending this survey to academics and also many practitioners who work in industry areas such as A/B testing, experimentation, and consumer experience/UX. We will also ask you to make quick estimates of the results of 2-3 framed field experiments/lab experiments which closely resemble online retail webpages but were not conducted with real customers. We want to get people's estimates about the impact of different forms of nudges and whether small changes to an online webpage influence choices.
